Replacement Policy

Replacement Period is 7 days from date of delivery

Note : Customize Products may vary from the original adjustment as there is correction upto 15% while Printing and Making of customize Products.

In case of soft phone cover the actual printing may vary upto 20% from original image, though we try our best to make it look like the original photo.

How to initaite replacement:

1. Customer Should contact us via mail or whatsapp with in 7 days from date of delivery

2. We do replacement of the product in case of manufacturing defect , wrong product shipped

3.Customer need to share Video along with the packing and displaying proper issue

4.It takes 15 working days to complete replacement

In case of RTO/order return, due to non-delivery of the parcel we will charge Rs 50 for re-shipping the order.
